From Italy comes the internal antenna Digital Flat – LTE, which provides impressively powerful terrestrial digital reception, as our extensive testing has shown.
This antenna is a panel measuring 20 x 23 cm, it receives in the bands VHF 174-230 MHz / UHF 470-790 MHz, it has an LTE filter and it is active, with the possibility of power supply through its coaxial cable, both with the supplied power supply and from the 5 V of terrestrial digital receivers. The antenna can be supported both horizontally and on a wall with the provided screws and holes, as its base has the appropriate holes, while the possibility of horizontal or vertical installation is provided.
Note that Digital Flat-LTE has a gain of 25 dB, while it can output up to 95 dBμV. Also, the noise level of the antenna is limited below 3.5 dB, while the LTE filter protects the reception from 790 MHz and above and specifically reduces any interference in the 790-862 MHz band by 20dB.
Also, the antenna has SMD circuit technology, compact and elegant design, shielding for optimal avoidance interference, while the built-in amplifier is low noise and high gain. Note that despite the fact that in the title the antenna is referred to as internal, you can clearly use it outdoors, such as camping, boat, etc., while in addition to digital terrestrial television, the antenna also receives digital DAB radio.
The antenna receives the maximum signal only when powered. In home use, we recommend you to use the supplied power supply with the DC inserter, which accepts the power supply and allows it only to the antenna and not to the receiver.
In other cases, you can enable antenna power supply from the terrestrial digital receiver menu, but in this case you will not be using the power supply or the DC inserter. The performance of the antenna in both ways of power supply remains exactly the same.
Digital Flat-LTE - as mentioned - can be placed both on a horizontal surface and on a wall, while in terms of interiors, it is good to be close to a window, where performance is significantly improved. Each interior has unique features, so you need to find the right orientation that will help you get the best shot. One way to control the signal for home use is the level and signal quality bars of terrestrial digital receivers, with that help we can pursue the highest signal quality. Also, keep the antenna away from potential sources of interference from high-power electrical appliances such as air conditioners, elevators, hair dryers, microwave ovens, etc. Another point of attention is the mounting height, which should be as high as possible.

We performed measurements on all available channels in our area and we found that the antenna in many cases had a strong performance with MER exceeding 34 dB that the instrument could show, while the lowest MERs were in the weak 28 channel with foreign channels.
When we approached the antenna in a window, the performance improved significantly and remained so even at medium mounting height. For example, in channel 22 the measurements MER> 34 dB, Power: 71.5 dBμV, CN: 41.3 dB and CBER: 5.0E-5 could comfortably concern an external antenna. The most difficult case was channel 28, but we managed to reach MER at 20 dB, which means normal download, with some risk of interruptions. In any case, the antenna performed exceptionally well and could even replace an external antenna in that area and in that particular interior.
Then we connected the antenna to a 5 V power supply from the measuring instrument and the performance remained exactly the same.
Our opinion
Digital Flat-LTE antenna of Jolly line by GBS, is an extremely powerful active internal (and external) antenna, with elegant design, 2 ways of mounting, LTE prediction and interference shielding. Suggested!
