5 Port Gigabit PoE Switch
The Intellinet I-SWHUB 8GPE is a 5 Port Gigabit Ethernet POE switch and is ideal for use in the home or in the entertainment system as well as in many small office applications. Provides power and data connections for up to five PoE network devices. Easily add Ethernet-ready devices to your home or office at Gigabit speeds. Small, powerful and reliable, this Gigabit Ethernet Switch is easy to install and connects up to eight Ethernet devices - computers, game systems, network printers, streaming media, Smart TVs ... up to 1000 Mbps (1 Gigabit) with standard Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cables. The automatic features of this switch make installation of plug and play without problems.
Features of Ethernet Switch
- PoE powered switch in a weatherproof housing, ideal for IP camera installations and other outdoor PoE applications
- Supports up to 90W of input power from an IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ injector or switch for a PoE power budget of up to 85W
- Connect up to four PoE network devices with power and data
- IP65 protection grade, dustproof and waterproof
- Suitable for extreme operating temperatures from -40 to 75ºC
- Doubles the connection distance between PoE source and device from 100m to 200m
- Output power up to 30 watts per port
- Supports IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE devices (wireless access points, VoIP phones, IP cameras)
- Supports IEEE 802.3at/af and short circuit detection, overload and high voltage protection
- PoE power budget of 25W via IEEE 802.3at connection and 10.4W via IEEE 802.3af connection
- Switch structure / 10 Gbps switching capacity
- Automatically detect 10/100/1000 Mbps port speed
- All RJ45 ports are with Auto-MDIX and NWay auto negotiation support
- Supports jumbo frames up to 9216 Bytes
- Store and forward switching architecture
- Supports 802.3x flow control for full duplex mode and collision-based backpressure for half duplex mode
- Supports 2k MAC address entry with Auto-Learning and Auto-Aging
- 2 Mbit buffer memory
- Earthing point to protect the equipment from external electrical surges
- PoE surge protection up to 4kV in common mode and 2kV in differential mode for all RJ45 ports
