Wireless digital image transmission

The Digital TV Anywhere Marmitek of which we present, presents a
significant difference compared with the usual set of wireless transmission available in the market.
The coupling is performed digitally, resulting in excellent image.

The Marmitek offers excellent solutions to a wide range of applications, among which is the wireless image transfer, audio and IR commands. The Digital TV Anywhere, is a SD Video Sender, which ekprotis sight seems like the market usual, however, presents a very significant difference: Performs digital image and sound transmission in FHSS system with BPSK configurations, QPSK, 16-QAM. The technology FHSS - Frequency-hopping spread spectrum, performs radio transmission with fast switching between multiple carrier channel, using a sequence which is known to the transmitter and receiver. In this video sender used 25 channels for the needs of transfers.

Although the broadcast frequency band is in the range of 2400 ~ 2478 MHz, have no interference phenomena, such as the analog video sender, because the technique spread spectrum, which "scatters" any interference, and leaves only a very small percentage of the useful operating band.

Description - Connections

The set consists of a transmitter (TR) and a receiver (RX), while supporting expansion remote commands (IR Extender). Finally, each unit have the DC input for the supplied power supplies. In packaging, we find two bases for vertical support of 2 units, purely for town planning purposes, without of course is absolutely necessary. In the upper side of each unit, we find 2 LED for power indication and active link and On / Off switch.

Operation - Set up

In general, the installation of this video sender does not present any difficulty, because if we do right connections and we have chosen the same channel at 2 switches 4 seats, we immediately picture on our TV, with an important feature: if we do not eg coverage range, we see marked no Signal not snow as the analog video senders. The theoretical range of the particular video sender, is 200 meters with visual contact and 50 with existence of walls.

At this point, mention that the range for the image and sound, is greater than the range for the commands of the remote control, which means that in the limit range, it is possible to have picture and sound with very good quality but transmission failure of IR commands. In this case, you should reduce the distance between the two units together.

Our opinion

The DigitalTV Anywhere the Marmitek, achieves excellent SD picture with digital wireless transmission FHSS, and installed very easily. Requires relevant attention to limit distances in extending remote, but it is a very valuable product.
