Digital Compact Headend

The Anttron TRM94 - Compact Headend enables the conversion of programs from 8 DVB-S/S2 satellite transponders to up to 4 MUX DVB-T (COFDM) or DVB- C. Thanks to the integrated remultiplexer, you can freely assign the programs of the 8 satellite transponders to the 4 digital terrestrial MUX. In addition, the compact headend has the option of generating its own TV program. By means of a USB interface, *.ts video files can be played from a USB stick and converted into a DVB-T/C program. This can be output continuously as an independent program (eg Info Channel) or for a predetermined period of time instead of a satellite program. The basis for this can be videos, PowerPoint presentations or pictures that have to be converted into a *.ts video file before.  The HDMI input can only be used instead of or alternately for USB playback. It is possible to set the playing time of the files or the HDMI input by means of timer input. The compact headend is thus the ideal and cost-effective solution for the distribution of satellite channels and 1 individual INFO channel in existing distribution structures such. In hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
